I am drawn to the allure of ambiguous spaces, where the line between life and depiction is blurred. I am captivated by our perceptual ability to imbue a scene with multiple layers of meaning.
This is the essence of why I paint—to unveil the enigma beyond mere observation or emotion. My fascination resides in the manipulation of the surface plane. As I become engrossed in certain details, I lose myself in others. I use color as a means to amplify the subjectivity of my interpretations
My work strives to question beyond what I visualize. It inhabits a world of its own, with answers beyond its dimensions. I seek to observe the mounting tensions within them relative to the space they occupy. To transcend further into these layers of internal thoughts, meanings, and ineffable emotions. My aim is to craft a language within the sublime.
